All cosmetic services must be paid in full on the date the service is performed unless otherwise pre-arranged. We accept payment by cash, debit card, and Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.

Cancellation Policy. As a courtesy to all of our patients, we do not double book our appointments and your appointment time is specifically set for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for a 24-hour notice (1 business day). You may cancel or reschedule an appointment with no charge any time before 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Same day cancellation or appointment changes will be charged $50 per 30 minute time slot. If you do not call to cancel or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged $100 per service scheduled. Appointments that are 15 minutes late are subject to a $50 rescheduling fee per service. An appointment that does not have their intake forms filled out prior to the visit needs to come in at least 15 minutes prior to the appointment time to allow time to fill out the forms and to avoid a $50 rescheduling fee.
